Team Supervisor:

As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of Civil Drivers. This includes assigning tasks, ensuring that all safety protocols and Pre starts are followed, and providing guidance and support to team members.
To become a successful Team Supervisor, you must have previous experience in Civil Construction and possess strong leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication abilities to effectively delegate tasks and provide clear instructions to your team. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as well, as you will be responsible for monitoring the work of your team to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
In addition to technical skills, a Team Supervisor should also possess strong problem-solving abilities. You may encounter unexpected challenges while on the job, such as clash of equipment timings, change of staff/& or equipment, maybe the loss of a staff that needs covering.
